11: TechAid is only responsible for manufacturing & technical defects of the devices (if applicable i.e. supplied by TechAid) in the 1-year warranty period. The 1-year warranty is only applicable if all components are supplied by us.
12: Wi-Fi connectivity depends on your chosen Wi-Fi ROUTER.
13: Warranty will be void if product seal is broken.
14: TechAid is not liable for electric faults, physical damage, short circuits and /or fire or theft.
15: Account will be cancelled if payment is not received after 7 days of due date. For creation or re-connection of the account, a late fee of 10% will be charged of total amount due on the bill.
16: Charges will be applicable during the period of disconnection also.
17: Permanent disconnections should be submitted in writing or by e-mail at WeCare@techaid.co.in 30 days prior to end of customer billing cycle.
18: All Plans are applicable on a monthly basis and should not be treated as random recharge cases. Monthly billing cycle applies.
19: If a subscriber requests for inactivity on any Plan for any reason, a 25% monthly charge applies on the monthly plan amount. This has to be submitted in writing or by e-mail at WeCare@Techaid.co.in.
20: If the customer is not satisfied with our services, the customer is entitled to surrender the subscription within 30 days. Customer security deposit will be refunded if any. Monthly Charges will be payable.
21: TechAid would try to provide a reliable service’s to its customers. But it would own no responsibility in case of interruptions in the network beyond its reasonable control.
22: The subscriber is required to fully comply the provisions of the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885, Indian Telegraph Rules made thereunder and Information Technology Act 2000 and any amendments or replacements made thereto from time to time.
Techaid.co.in reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Site or its services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
